This place recently closed. Try Chao Phra Ya in Herndon, it’s excellent Thai, one of the best I’ve had in the VA/DC area.
As you know already, Khun Ya shut down. There is another restaurant called “Thai Towne” in its place.
Both Thai Towne and Chao Phra Ya are middling. Not quite as good as Phad Thai in Fairfax (Thank you, Dr. Cowen for that latter recommendation).
Chao Phra Ya is decent, but Thai Luang is better.
