Could it be the most exotic place around?  If you are compare it to the really good places in the UK, it falls short.  But if you compare it to a lot of other DC restaurants, it\u2019s good fun and there\u2019s nothing else like it in town.  Not cheap, but they do use decent-quality ingredients.
