I loved my meal here.  <strong>The leeks with quail eggs were one of the best courses I\u2019ve had in Virginia, ever.<\/strong>  The salmon terrine was first-rate, the lardon salad comparable to that of a very good French country restaurant.  Most of the main courses looked boring so I went all-appetizers and I recommend that.  I don\u2019t have the money (or time) to crack the code of this place, as indeed the dinner main courses can run $40 or more.  So I don\u2019t think you are guaranteed a great meal here.  And, as with Richard\u2019s other places, it may well decline over time.
