The peppers are quite fresh. They don’t pull the fat off the meat to appeal to potential non-African customers and, fortunately, they don’t try to make everything taste good. Fans of cassava leaves will know what I mean. By the way, it is important to call ahead, as they don’t always have all the dishes in, or all the dishes ready. It takes a long time to boil a yam!

Related Posts:

Saffron House of Kabob

Hedzole, food stand

A Taste of Burma

Kith and Kin

Toosso

Salone’s African Cuisine, web site, 22330 S.
