Most of the restaurant is in the back room.   I am fond of the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Silpancho\">silpancho<\/a> here, chilies and tomatoes and egg piled on thin meat, pounded, on top of a bed of rice and fried potatoes, make sure you have them bring you the spicy green sauce to spray on top, liberally.
