The first recipe I tried (tonight), the vegetarian tofu, was an absolute knockout.<\/p>\n<p>Two of Fuchsia\u2019s previous books <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/0393062228\/marginalrevol-20\/\">Revolutionary Chinese Cooking: Recipes from Hunan Province<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/0393051773\/marginalrevol-20\/\">Land of Plenty: A Treasury of Authentic Sichuan Cooking<\/a>, are two of my favorite books of all time.  Not just two of my favorite cookbooks, but two of my favorite books period.
