Get the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Xiaolongbao\">Xiao Long Bao<\/a> (soup dumplings), which though not as good as those from NYC or California, are still pretty good, probably the best of our region.  Those are the dumplings filled with liquid.  If need be ask the waitress for further help but stress your bona fide credentials.  The fish dishes on the Chinese menu are pretty good.  <strong>IGNORE THE REGULAR MENU.<\/strong>  This place is small and it fills up quite easily, so plan to arrive early.
