The crowds can be daunting if you go at the wrong time, and the wait can be long.  The staff tries and I suspect they will work out the kinks.  The line is there for a reason.  They have burgers of \u201cKobe beef\u201d and vegan burgers.  The French fries are quite good, though I find them tastier at Five Guys.
