The rice dishes here are the real winner, for instance the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arroz_chaufa\">chaufa<\/a> is the best in the region. One of the two or three best <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lomo_saltado\">lomo saltados<\/a> around. The ceviche is good, but avoid the &#8220;spicy sauce,&#8221; it is much better plain.
