The catch is that the crowd and lines are crazy, and they take reservations for large parties only. So show up Sunday 11:45 am, or just before 5 on a weekday evening. The thick-sliced pork belly is a specialty here, and it is very good. In general the menu is focused rather than comprehensive, but that is a good thing.
