They even <a href=\"https:\/\/tylercowensethnicdiningguide.com\/index.php\/mama-chang\/\">named a restaurant after her<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>It is the best Chinese meal I have eaten outside of China, and in contention for broader honors as well.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a photo of the menu, which says everything.
