On Monday there is <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikibooks.org\/wiki\/Cookbook:Lomo_saltado\">Lomo Saltado<\/a>, Tuesday has <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikibooks.org\/wiki\/Cookbook:Aji_de_Gallina\">Aji de Gallina<\/a>, and Friday has Seco de Carne (beef stew with cilantro).  Those dishes are quite good, and occasionally on offer other days as well. An intriguing mom n\u2019 pop, and certainly worth trying at least once.
