The quality is uneven but nothing is bad and the very best dishes are very good indeed.  Get the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ethiopian_cuisine\">firfir<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ethiopian_cuisine\">qitqit<\/a>.  Get any dish that is laden with lots of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.musical-saw.com\/injera.htm\">injera<\/a> (bread) and it will be first-rate.
