It does have better dumplings than anywhere else I know in DC but in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tylercowensethnicdiningguide.com\/area\/virginia\/annandale\/\">Annandale<\/a> it would not make the top ten.  I quite liked the tofu and cabbage dishes, yummy.  Cramped quarters.
