The <a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/Recipe\/Aji-de-Gallina\/Detail.aspx\">aji de gallina<\/a> is OK and some of the ceviche-related appetizers are OK but overall the place did not impress me.  It\u2019s not good enough to be a really good place and also has no mom n\u2019 pop value.  The short ribs were terrible and in general the more Chinese dishes were uninspired.
