Gua-Rapo, web site (flash), 2039 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA, 703-528-6500, Courthouse area (Metro Trip Planner – opens in new window) [WaPo | City Paper | openlist | Yelp | Gayot]
Supposed to be Nuevo Latino. Looks like a place for poseurs. I refuse to go here.

The entrees are decent. The atmosphere, especially upstairs, is very annoying. Too crowded and way too pretentious.
It’s one of the few places around here that has “tostones”, which are twice-fried plantains (like a thick potato chip), and they also have Colombian style empanadas, which are filled with ground beef, fried, and served with a lime sauce.
