Again, on the inside corridor in Eden Center near Wilson Boulevard. This place is just first-rate. My favorite dish is the #31, Sizzling Fish Filet in Northern Style; you need to put all the pieces together on top of the chip for it to make sense. #10, Beef Underdone with Lime, is the best around and you should order this special dish if you don’t already know it. The soups are very good as are the crushed rice dishes. Excellent atmosphere: Go, go, go.
Glad to see you finally review Hai Duong. My parents and I are regulars. According to my mother, the soups taste pretty darn close to what they ate growing up in Saigon. Saw that you reviewed Cho Cu Saigon, we are regulars there too.

My husband and I visited this place and had a crushed rice dish and the northern style fish. Both dishes tasted delicious, but unfortunately, my husband fell ill a couple of hours later (after having most of the fish dish) and is still sick after 2 days. I completely agree with your assessment of its atmosphere and food (taste), but be wary of its cleanliness.
