I have one dinner in San Francisco

It should be in a Tyler Cowen sort of place. Probably not in the center of town, but still in SF proper. Where should I go?

Thank you for your suggestions.

On a recent visit, I had fantastic Banh Mi at Saigon Sandwich in the Tenderloin (560 larkin, between turk and eddy, not far from Civic ctr). I know it might not make sense to go vietnamese coming from this area, but I have to say it excelled over offerings I’ve had locally. Interesting character, no seats, lunch only I think.

I also tried a sushi place called Sushi Zone that I thoroughly enjoyed. Tiny place, cash only, one sushi chef (the japanese owner) in a t-shirt (on the night I went), turning out great stuff.
